While checking news feeds inside the bat cave, Batgirl discovers that a criminal known simply as The Psycho has escaped from an asylum after twelve years, a place he was incarcerated by Batman and Commission Gordon. Now, The Psycho wants revenge, and by leaving a very obvious trail to his whereabouts, he lures Batgirl to his hideout and captures her. Now, Gordon and the "Batfool" will pay the price for taking away his freedom. While he torments the commission with photographs of his captive, Batgirl is placed in several types of bondage to keep her from escaping.
