Intrepid reporter Jasmine Lane has been on the trail of Anton Deveraux, owner of the Lazarus Corporation steeped in criminal activities that no one has ever managed to prove, no one that is until Jasmine Lane started investigating him. Aware that she is getting too close for comfort, Deveraux has his goons capture her and tie her up, ready for his attentions. Deveraux gives the reporter a choice, stop investigating him and his corporation, or face the consequences. Jasmine refuses to surrender her ethics and refuses to back down. Deveraux leaves her gagged, warning her that the thugs who grabbed her would be more than willing to pay her more attention.

We next join Jasmine Lane the following morning where we find her tied to a bed, having spent an uncomfortable night in bondage. Deveraux now offers her a job with him if she will switch sides, but again, Jasmine turns him down. Left time to the bed, she struggles and eventually manages to free herself. She runs outside, trying the first vehicle she comes to, but it is locked. She then attempts to make her way into the woods, only to find that Deveraux is waiting for her. He orders her back to the house.

When we join our intrepid reporter again, she has been stripped down to the bra and panties and tied to a pole, a tape gag covering her mouth. When Deveraux arrives, he removes the gag and offers her one last chance to cooperate. When Jasmine refuses, he leaves her to the ministrations of his goons who will be joining her shortly. Aware that she only has a short time to escape, Jasmine redoubles her efforts to free herself from the ropes.
