Monica has arrived at a remote property, determined to have a look around. A notorious criminal once lived her, so there must be a way to turn this place into a business, showing people around for a fee. Remote, almost hidden by the trees, it has so potential. The possibility that someone is living there now does not occur to her, certainly not someone else with criminal tendencies. Perhaps it starts to dawn on her for the first time when she is evaluating the view and a hand is suddenly clamped over her mouth, and a powerful arm pulls her back. Soon, Monica finds herself secured to a chair with a number of zip ties - ankles, thighs, waist, and shoulders. Her wrists are attached to the sides of the chair, and she can barely move. The man who grabbed her is there, and she demands to know what is going on. He wants to know why she is trespassing on his property, but Monica has no desire to share her plans for the place. Until she is willing to talk, the man gags her with duct tape and leaves her to struggle. Monica pulls at the zip ties but they don't yield at all. She is trapped; helpless; in big trouble.
