Jasmine is sunbathing in her bikini when a new neighbor is seen creeping up on her. When she sees him, she gets up and runs, but he gives chase and quickly catches her. He takes her into her own garden and stakes her out on the ground, gagging her before he leaves. He tells her to enjoy getting a suntan while she lays there, promising to come back and see her again. Jasmine struggles against the ropes binding her wrists and ankles, and eventually makes to get free. She reports the matter to the police.

A week later, Jasmine is sunbathing again, this time just outside her front door in case she has to make a run for it again. As she starts to relax, the neighbor shows up and grabs her again. This time, he takes her into her basement and ties her to a pole, pushing a bit gag into her mouth to stop her protesting. He is clearly enjoying himself, and as he departs, he once again promises to come back and see her again.

Another week later, and Jasmine has given up sunbathing outside. Now, she plans to go to the beach with a friend, far away from the hazards of the woods. As she ends the call to her friend, she realizes that the man has now entered her house. He grabs her yet again and, this time, carries her out to her own car and hogties her on the back seat. He then climbs in and drives her to his own property, getting out and leaving her to struggle in the car, unable to escape from the tightly bound ropes.
