Audrey is a local tax collector, and she is calling on a resident who stills owes back-taxes from the previous year. She states her case clearly and politely, and the resident seems to take the news well, inviting her in while he writes her a check. Except, once she is inside the house, he overpowers her and ties her to a chair. She tries to object but he stuffs her own panties inher mouth and ties a black scarf over her mouth to silence her. Audrey struggles to get free, but before she can make any progress the resident is back. He ungags her, feeds her a little water, then stuffs her panties back in her mouth and re-gags her. He relaxes in his chair for a while with Audrey struggling in the background, before he decides to ungag her yet again, this time kiss her. Audrey is appalled, but to prevent her complaining, he stuffs her mouth with panties for a third time and ties the gag back in place. While his back is turned, Audrey manages to free herself and makes a run for it. Before she can get out of the house, however, the resident realizes she is free and runs after her, lifting her off the floor and carrying her back to the living room where he intends to tie her up again.
