Anna is an assessor whose job it is to evaluate paintings when an owner is thinking of selling them. In this instance, she reporters to the owner that he has a fake. He doesn’t believe her at first, but when she convinces him, his highest priority is to ensure this humiliating news does not get out. When Anna says she will have to report her findings to law enforcement, he insists that the provenance for the painting shows the ownership history of the work, so it just can’t be a forgery. Anna agrees to view the paperwork. When he brings it to her, she declares that the paperwork also looks forged. This is more than the owner can tolerate. He holds her up and says he can’t let her report her findings; in fact, he can’t allow her to leave. Anna warns him not to do anything stupid, but that does not stop him tying her up and gagging her. Anna struggling desperately and finally manages to free herself, but before she can getaway, the man intercepts her and ties her up on the back seat of her car, promising to drive her somewhere far more discrete.

It's more a question of how you want the capture scene to take place. In the C4S version, Anna is held up by a gun (unseen, just hands raised to indicate), and tries to talk the guy out of tying her up.
