He adores her, so I don’t suppose he did anything.
The shoot he did with Candle & Carissa illustrated to your right must be over ten years ago, and I remember him saying that she “retired” not long after.
That’s all I know apart from the one time I viewed her Twitter account when she was punning and enthusing over treehouses!
