Maybe, but I'm not sure how much demand there is for 4K, even now. When I have produced them (i.e., with most of Alba's videos), they don't sell much. I even get requests to produce 720p content from those with older computers.

The biggest problem I have with producing 4K content at the moment is that I'm using a 2014 iMac with Intel processors, and to create a 20-minute video in 4K using h.265 to compress it takes a loooong time. If I use h.264, which is faster, the file size blows up to unmanagable proportions (e.g., 10 GB for a video of this length). I hope to get myself a Mac Studio later this year which will be about 100 times faster at processing. That's when I could produce some 4K material.

This brings me to the next issue (isn't there always another one). Server capacity. The one that the BiB files are on is about 85% full, so it isn't going to be long before I must start removing older content to make way for new. If I start offering 1080p and 4K, disc consumption will speed up dramatically. Since BiB barely pays its way now, I can't consider yet another server to accommodate this. So, conundrum.
