I would not have made the connection myself, but I can see some similarity in mannerisms.

Clips4Sale used to not be this restrictive when I first started shopping with them. After the Pornhub fiasco, everything has gone downhill in regards to creative freedoms for producers.

It came about because there are some truly stupid people in the world. They film incest, genuine torture, injure models, even try to force sex on them, and exploit children. Because of these people, strict rules have to be applied because they simply cannot behave unless they are forced to do so. Time and again, I've heard models talk about producers they would never work with again because of how they were treated.

The shift on C4S came after a change of ownership, and a desire to comply with the law. If they don't, the banks they use will refuse to process their payments.

In summary, the usual idiots brought it all down to the lowest common denominator, as they always do, and now everyone must be restricted.

Not out of line at all. I would love to film some of these scenarios, but if I do, I will probably lose money in the process. It's not a sustainable business model. The only way round it is very large custom fees to compensate for the lost revenue, but since no one wants to foot the bill, well, here we are.

I hear stories and names of producers who models will never work for again constantly. How these individuals remain unprosecuted for their actions remains a mystery. Instead they make everybody suffer for their indiscretions.

Well, some of these will just be personality clashes or preferences. They're not all committing crimes...
(For the sake of clarity, I'm not doubting there will be some who should face severe consequences.)
