Jasmine Prince has been made aware that two vials of highly reactive experimental substances have been stolen from a laboratory, and rumors are going around that they have been offered for sale. Jasmine is determined that this will not happen because she is going to stop it. Making her way through the woods towards the suspect's house, hoping to reach the structure undiscovered, she comes face to face with the very scientist who committed the theft. Before Jasmine can act, she is grabbed by the scientist's eccentric assistant who ties Jasmine to a tree, unknowingly preventing her from transforming into Wonder Woman. With Jasmine secure bound and safely out of the way for the time being, the criminals return to the house and try to set up a buyer for the stolen vials. Jasmine struggles desperately to free herself, aware that she may have little time to prevent catastrophe, and finally succeeds. She does not waste any time in becoming Wonder Woman and continues her journey to the house. As she steps into the basement of the property, however, the assistant is waiting for her and throws a lasso over her head. The rope is no ordinary material; it has a property that damps Wonder Woman's steal and renders her powerless. Once again, the assistant ties up her captive, gags her and leaves her to struggle. Upstairs, she and her boss are busy discussing future plans. With a strenuous effort, Wonder Woman manages to break the bonds holding her. She ascends the stairs just as the assistant is declaring her plans to her boss, once they have made the sale. Wonder Woman informs her that the only place she will be going is jail, and uses her lasso to bind the girl's wrists. The scientist makes a run for it, but he won't get far. In his panic to get away, he left behind the vials he is trying to sell. To make sure his assistant does not give her any more trouble, Wonder Woman places her in a hogtie on the floor and gags her, before going in pursuit of the scientist. The video concludes with a series of outtakes.
