1. Katelyn: The Lure
Katelyn, handcuffed and tied to a chair, is being held for ransom. Her captor is about to go out and leave her for a while, and he thinks
it might be fun to leave the key to Katelyn's handcuffs in a box on top of a stool, on the opposite side of the room. All she has to do is
work her way over to the stool and retrieve the key, if she can. Alone, Katelyn tries hard to move the chair to which she is tied forward,
but the way she is bound to it makes jolting the chair forward almost impossible. Badly tempted by the lure of freedom, Katelyn risks tipping
the chair over so that she can wriggle her way along the floor towards the tantalizing stool. She rocks the chair and finally falls to the
carpet with a heavy thump, then she does her best to propel herself forward. It takes her some time and a lot of effort, but she finally
reaches the stool, only to discover that tipping it over to recover the box is also very hard to do. She repeatedly knocks against the stool
until the box finally slides off it onto the floor. It opens on impact, and to Katelyn's dismay it is empty. Her captor lied. Now she must
lay where she is until he returns. When he does come back, he laughs to see that she actually did make the effort to escape. He tips the chair
over so that Katelyn is lying on her back, then puts through a call to her father. He removes Katelyn's gag just long enough to let her plead
with her father to pay the money and rescue her, then he re-gags her and walks off with the phone, establishing payment details as he goes.
Katelyn is left lying on her back, unable to get up without help.
2. Kendra James: The Journey
Office worker Kendra arrives home, walks into the kitchen and is about to make herself a drink. She does not hear the approach of a masked
man behind her, and she is startled when a gloved hand presses a cloth firmly over her nose and mouth. She struggles but cannot break her
assailant's hold, and gradually the world slips away from her. She wakes some time later to find herself tied to a stool, a gag in her mouth,
and a man telling her that she has been acquired for a buyer upstate, and that soon she will be starting a journey to join him, where she will
be his captive guest. Kendra struggles desperately, trying to free herself from her bonds, but there are tight. Where are the knots? She can't
find them! Time is running out! The man comes close to her again, carrying the freshly recharged cloth. Kendra is utterly defenseless and unable
to stop him covering her nose and mouth once more. She holds her breath for as long as she can, desperate not to inhale whatever is on the cloth,
but in the end she has no choice, and the world swims out of view once more. Next time she wakes, she is hogtied on the back seat of an SUV, with
the man making final preparations for the journey. She struggles with her new bonds but they are just as tight as the previous ones. She can't
get out! She squirms in a desperate attempt to get away, but she is trapped, unable to avoid her fate.
3. Carissa Montgomery: I Can't Move
Carissa has been causing problems for a work colleague, and he has now resorted to the somewhat desperate act of grabbing her as she leaves work
and taking her to his place. The clip opens as he marches Carissa into the house and starts tying her wrists together behind her back with rope,
spinning it around rapidly as he secures her. Carissa winces as the rope is pulled tight. It's only the beginning. Rope is tied above and below
her breasts, around her ankles and below her knees, then all the separate pieces are connected to make a tight and inescapable hogtie. Finally,
she is cleave gagged and left to struggle on the floor as her colleague goes off to attend to other business. Carissa's fingers probe, looking
for a knot, anything that might give her a chance of escape, but she can find nothing. She is going numb from her tight bondage by the time her
colleague returns and presses a cloth over her nose and mouth to subdue her. As she slips away, Carissa hears him say that he intends tying her
to the chair which had been standing behind her all this time. When she groggily recovers, she discovers she has indeed been tightly tied up again.
Now that she is awake, her colleague plans to enjoy stuffing a cloth into her mouth to shut her up. Carissa quickly pleads for him to untie her
while she still can, pointing out to him that she can't move. He doesn't care; he stuffs her mouth and seals it shut with three strips of very
sticky duct tape. She may be sitting, but Carissa is no more comfortable that before, and she still can't find a single knot to work on.

Kendra accepts the challenge to be tied to a chair with plenty of rope to see if she can escape. The entire tying sequence is filmed, followed by
some 12 minutes of Kendra's escape attempts. She is not gagged at all in this video since she had much to say and laughed a good deal, clearly
having some fun with this; it would have been a shame to miss all the thoughts she articulated by stuffing something in her mouth. Kendra tries
really hard to reach knots that are just outside her scope of movement, except for one that is, a non-essential rope, but untying it spoiled the
symmetry. Dave therefore re-tied it, much to Kendra's chagrin.

In 2011, a woman named Beverly disappeared from her local community swimming pool. After a single ransom call was made, Beverly disappeared
and was not seen again. Private Investigator Kendra James has been authorized by the police to re-open this cold case in the hope of turning
up new clues. Kendra visits the pool from which Beverly was taken, but in the intervening six years, much has changed. Even the staff has
changed, except for a couple of individuals. There seems little hope of making progress, but Kendra decides to go swimming and talk to the
other people in the pool to see if anyone remembers Beverly. That is her intention at least. She undresses down to her swimsuit and is about
to leave the changing room when a masked man assails her. He demands to know why she is snooping around and asking questions. When he discovers
that she is a private detective, he realizes he must stop her talking to anyone else. He ties her to a chair and gags her, departing to steal
a car that he can use to transport Kendra away from the building (unable to use his own vehicle of course). In his absence, Kendra is able to
free herself and almost escapes, but the man returns just in time to stop her. He still has not found suitable transport, so he ties her up
again, this time in a tight hogtie, attaching her to a ceiling ring so that she can't work her way across the floor. Her cleave gag is
re-tightened between her teeth and Kendra is left alone once more. She struggles desperately, but this time she can't get free. Perhaps, if
Beverly is still alive, she will be taken to the same location and the two women will finally meet. Perhaps, sometimes, the past is best left
undisturbed.
